Jakarta, 10 November 2025. FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a coordination meeting in order to improve the achievement of individual performance indicators (IKI) by inviting Yusan Sebastian, S.Kom from the UIN Jakarta Performance Quality Center Team and attended by FEB UIN Jakarta education staff.

The coordination meeting was chaired directly by the Head of the FEB Administration Section, Imam Thobroni. In his speech, Imam said that this meeting activity was carried out to prepare educational staff to achieve the individual performance indicator (IKI) achievement target. “The meeting activity this morning was specifically to obtain direction so that the IKI achievement targets for educational staff could be achieved. This is very important because the achievement of the faculty's Main Performance Indicators (IKU) really depends on individual performance achievements”, Imam added.

Yusan in his presentation conveyed the IKU faculty and IKI of each education staff and the strategy for achieving targets. “FEB has an IKU performance contract that must be achieved collectively by stakeholders in FEB. "IKU's achievement targets must be achieved jointly by educational staff through IKI”'s achievements," said Yusan.

The activity was filled with discussions and ended in a friendly manner. (AC)
