Jakarta, 10 November 2025. UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Heroes' Day Ceremony at the Student Center field on Campus 1. The ceremony was led directly by the Chancellor, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar, MA., PhD. In his mandate, the Chancellor said that this morning's ceremony was to commemorate and appreciate the services of Indonesian heroes.

“This morning we have a ceremony to commemorate Heroes' Day, November 10 2025. Heroes' Day is not just a day of remembrance, but to continue courage. In the past, fighting fighters in Surabaya, now students and academics fight in study rooms, in laboratories and in the digital world. The difference is only tools, the spirit remains the same, the love of the homeland is born from faith. True heroes don't always depart from military barracks. "It could be that they come from ma'had, madrasas or Islamic boarding schools, places where moral courage is practiced and used as an example of life ethics”," said the Chancellor

The ceremony was attended by the entire academic community, lecturers, education staff and students with batik Korpri. You can see all the community members from FEB UIN Jakarta, starting from the dean, deputy deans, head of department, lecturers to solemn students following the ceremony. (AC)
