In order to finalize the job analysis and workload analysis, the Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a consignment on July 13-15 2022. To regulate positions in government agencies, the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) has issued a Ministerial Regulation of PANRB No. 1 of 2020 concerning Guidelines for Job Analysis and Workload Analysis. In addition to the mandate of Law no. 5/2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), every government agency is obliged to compile a job analysis (anjab) and workload analysis (ABK) in order to compile the number and type of positions needed for PNS and PPPK.
In addition, this activity also discussed the latest Employee Performance Targets. The resource person for this activity is Sushan Bomeykawati Sugiarto, S.Psi., MA (Young Personnel Analyst of the State Civil Service Agency). The legal basis for the preparation of the 2022 Employee Performance Target (SKP) which refers to PP No. 30 of 2019 concerning the Performance Assessment of Civil Servants. The implementation which was previously carried out from subordinates to superiors is now a tiered arrangement from high leadership positions to administrative positions and then continued to functional positions. In addition, there are differences in the orientation that was previously process-oriented, now results-oriented.
In addition, this activity is also filled by the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) Team which explains the remuneration of performance above the standard. This new policy is expected to motivate lecturers and education staff to have above average performance. It is hoped that this new policy will further improve the university’s performance towards a world-class university.
