Tuesday, July 12, 2022, a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business successfully defended his dissertation on the viva examination in the Doctor of Philosophy Program at University of Aberdeen with minor correction. Ali Rama, Ph.D is a lecturer at the Islamic Economics Study Program FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Ali Rama, Ph.D raised a dissertation entitled “Understanding Crowdfunding Behaviours in Islamic Crowdfunding and Equity Crowdfunding”. The University of Aberdeen is the fifth oldest university in the UK and is also in the top 20 UK universities. Prof. Dr. Amilin, S.E., Ak., M.Si as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta congratulated Ali Rama Ph.D for their achievements. The presence of this New Doctor will further strengthen the Faculty in realizing the achievement of the faculty’s vision to become a World Class Faculty in the fields of Teaching, Research, and Entrepreneurship. Hopefully, the graduation of this new doctorate will stimulate the motivation of other lecturers who are conducting further studies to immediately complete their dissertation research and return to being active in the faculty.
