Get to Know Tax Consultant : "Observing the Strategy of Tax Consultants in Facing Challenges in the Digital Age"
Jumat, 20 May 2022 – Tax Center UIN Jakarta held a Talkshow with BATS Consulting. This talkshow took the theme "Observing the Strategy of Tax Consultants in Facing Challenges in the Digital Age" which was attended by all students and the general public who wish to know more about the Tax Consultant profession.
This talkshow started at 09.00 WIB until 11.30 WIB through a zoom meeting which was attended by around 165 participants. The series of Talkshow programs started with an opening by the Hosts, namely Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Ramadhan and Sisters Miya Melinda, then continued with the reading of the divine word by Brother Nicholas Ferdian, and the playing of the national anthem Indonesia Raya by the Operator. After that, there was a speech from the Chairperson of the UIN Jakarta Tax Center for the 2021/2022 period, Brother Farhan Firmansyah.
Furthermore, there was material presentation by the two resource persons from BATS Consulting, namely Mr. Brian Pramudita S.E., Ak., M.Ak., CA., BKP. and Mrs. Ivana Constantia Kadarisman S.Pn. hosted by the Hosts, namely Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Ramadhan and Sisters Miya Melinda. The presentation of the material was carried out by systematically answering questions posed by the host to the resource persons who were wrapped in casual talk. The material presented is about the Tax Consultant profession, the background of the resource persons choosing the tax consultant profession, as well as the views of tax consultants in dealing with issues related to taxation in the digitalization era.
After the resource persons answered all the questions from the host, a question and answer session was opened for participants who wanted to ask questions. The question and answer session went smoothly and actively, and many questions were asked by the participants. However, due to time constraints, only a few could be answered by the resource persons. Then, after the Question session was over, the Committee made a quiz with prizes via the Kahoot platform which was awarded door prizes from BATS Consulting and also the Tax Center of UIN Jakarta itself.
At the end of the event after the quiz took place and also the announcement of the door prize winners, then there was an award in the form of certificates and plaques by the UIN Jakarta Tax Center to the two resource persons and BATS Consulting. The certificates and plaques were handed over by the deputy chairman of the UIN Jakarta Tax Center, namely Agung Arizan Nugraha and the Head of the UIN Jakarta Tax Center, namely Mr. Farhan Firmansyah.
Next, there was the reading of the closing prayer which was read by Brother Raden Panji Rangga. After closing with a prayer, the series of Get to Know Tax Consulting events ended. The event was closed at 11.30 by Sister Hati Suci Ramadhan and Sister Miya Melinda as Hosts.
