International Writing Academic Workshops Organized by FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and BI Institute
The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta once again held an Academic Writing Workshop in collaboration with the BI Institute on Thursday, November 14, 2019. This event was part of the 6th Indonesia Sharia Economic Festival (ISEF) series. The theme of the event this time was "Writing Strategy for the National and International Scientific Journal" with the speaker Prof. Paresh K. Narayan (Deakin University) with chairman Pheni Chalid, Ph.D.
Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Prof. Dr. Amilin, SE, M.Si in his speech welcomed this event as an effort to improve the ability to write scientific articles for academics in Indonesia. It is hoped that with this event, it will be able to trigger academics to focus on improving their writing skills so that they can be published in reputable international journals.
In his presentation, Prof. Paresh K. Narayan stated that some things needed to be improved from the writing ability of academics in Indonesia, starting from how to write the introduction to the good conclusions.
This event can be held in collaboration with BI Institute, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, supported by ISEI, IAEI, and HMJ Islamic Banking.
