Internal review Public Speaking: “Be Brave, Be Confident, and Speak Your Mind”
On Saturday 12, March 2022, the Tax Center of UIN Jakarta held an internal Public Speaking Study which aims to improve the soft skills of Public Speaking members of the Tax Center. This Public Speaking study was themed “Be Brave, Be Confident, and Speak Your Mind” which was attended by all internal members of the UIN Jakarta Tax Center. The Public Speaking study started at 09.10 WIB until 11.00 WIB through the Video Conference Zoom Meeting which was attended by 29 participants. The series of study programs began with the opening of the Master of Ceremony, namely Brother Hafsa Yurin Qasyimah, then continued with the reading of the divine word, and the screening of the national anthem Indonesia Raya. Next was a speech by the Head of Tax Center UIN Jakarta, namely Mr. Farhan Firmansyah.
Furthermore, the speaker delivered the material from the Chairperson of the Student Executive Council of the Faculty of Economics and Business for the 2020-2021 period, namely Arifuddin Noor Zaky who was guided by a moderator, namely Brother Hafsah Yurin Qasyimah. The material delivered by the speaker, Arifuddin Noor Zaky regarding Public Speaking, in his explanation included the importance of Public Speaking, Tips and Trick, problems in the study, as well as how to build self-confidence and in his presentation the speaker also mentioned that public speaking can be used as a personal branding for yourself. . After the speaker delivered the material, it was continued with a discussion and question and answer session from the webinar participants who had very high enthusiasm. Then, the series of webinar events ended with the reading of the closing prayer from Brother M. Vibran Rahadian and closing remarks by the Master of Ceremony.
