Employee Performance Evaluation Activities and Academic Quality Systems in Educational Organizations
In the framework of the process of reviewing all applicable procedures at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, an Employee Performance Evaluation and Academic Quality System Improvement activity was held in Educational Organizations. This activity took place on 22 - 24 May 2023 at the Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera Hotel. This activity was attended by 40 participants consisting of leaders, study programs, laboratories, and educational staff.
This activity was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA. In his remarks, Prof. Qizam said that the activities carried out on this occasion were one of the preludes to reviewing all applicable procedures at the Faculty, so that if there were activities that did not yet have procedures or procedures that needed to be repaired, they could be perfected. This is the starting point for FEB towards AACSB international accreditation.
The activity was then followed by a performance evaluation by the Deputy Dean for General Administration Dr. Erika Amelia, S.E., M.Sc. Furthermore, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Zuhairan Yunmi Yunan, Ph.D. delivering material on the importance of improving and developing educational quality standards in educational organizations.
On the second day, the activity continued with the topic of introduction to ISO 21001: 2018 which is an academic quality system in educational organizations. This material was delivered by Yogi Widyanto, S.Si. He explained that ISO 21001: 2018 is a quality system that is specific to educational organizations. The application of ISO 21001: 2018 will be able to refine ISO 9001: 2015 which has been used in the Faculty of Economics and Business.
The activity was then continued with the formation of small groups that reviewed all the procedures in force at the Faculty. In addition, an inventory was carried out and a procedure was compiled for activities that had not been regulated. This is done so that all workflows in the Faculty can be arranged systematically and this will help when study programs will carry out accreditation both at the national and international levels.
