Budi Santoso and Muhammad Ruvio Tama team won 1st place in the National Trading Competition
Happy news came for the achievements of the Sharia Investment Gallery cadres, FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Two FEB UIN Jakarta students won 1st place in the 2021 Sharia Capital Market Competition organized by KSPM FEBI IAIN Palangkaraya. They are Budi Santoso (2019 Management) and Muhammad Ruvio Tama (2019 Development Economics) with the team name "RB Cuan Berkah". Both of them are organized at GIS FEB UIN Jakarta as a place to gain knowledge related to the capital market.
The Trading Competition was held online and was participated by students throughout Indonesia. The national level competition called Sharia Capital Market Competition 2021 (SCMC 2021) is a Trading Competition or a virtual share trading competition using the Phintarco Sekuritas application virtual account which was participated by 22 teams. Starting from October 4, 2021 – October 8, 2021 or held for 5 market days with trading competitions. Then proceed with the presentation of the top 10 finalists on October 16, 2021. The announcement was announced during the national weibnar on October 24, 2021.
Both of them managed to beat 120 other teams and won 1st Place in the Competition. Starting from the preliminary round, TIM Rb Cuan Berkah struggled to be able to advance to the next phase and that effort paid off by successfully qualifying for the next phase with 1st place in the Preliminary round standings. In the Final round, they competed with 10 other universities to present the results of their analysis and how they trade in the capital market for profit. The results of the competition are determined by the assessment criteria of 60% Capital Gain and 40% Presentation of Results.

This achievement further confirms the contribution of the Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in various competitions related to the capital market in Indonesia. Hopefully this achievement can further spur other students to be able to excel even during the pandemic.
