UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta (Faculty of Economics and Business & Puslitpen) in collaboration with KNEKS organized webinars related to improving the quality of journals in Indonesia. This activity was held online on Tuesday, July 14 2020. This activity took the theme "Learning Best Practices: How to Index Journal in Scopus and Web of Science". This activity was opened with a welcoming speech by Dr. Sutan Emir Hidayat (Director of KNEKS), Prof. Dr. Zulkifli, MA (Vice Rector for Academic Affairs), and Jajang Jahroni, MA, Ph.D (Head of LP2M). In his welcoming speech, Prof. Dr. Zulkifli, MA welcomed this activity as an effort to improve the quality of journal management in UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The speakers for this activity were Prof. Dr. M. Kabir Hassan (Professor of Finance from the University of New Orleans & Editor in Chief International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management) moderated by Nur Hidayah, MA, Ph.D. Prof. Kabir Hassan is an editor at a leading international journal in the field of Islamic economics. He describes strategies for indexing journals in international databases such as Scopus and WoS.
