Development Economics students conduct a company visit to BPKP
Friday, October 14, 2022 at 06.00 WIB the company visit participants registered for departure which took place near the UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta bus parking lot. Then at 07.00 - 08.30 WIB the participants and accompanying lecturers of the activity traveled to the office building of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). After arriving at the office building of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), the participants first lined up for antigen swabs that had been provided by the company. After all the company visit participants finished and received information regarding negative antigen swab results, they were directed to enter the office building of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), to be precise, the Gandhi Auditorium. The event session took place from 09.30 – 11.15 WIB.
The first event was the opening by the MC of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), which was followed by remarks. The first remarks were delivered by the accompanying lecturer for the activity, namely Dr. Rusdianto, M.Sc. and further remarks were delivered by representatives of the Head of the Legal and Communication Bureau who were unable to attend. After conducting the welcoming session, namely the event session with presentation of material by speakers regarding the introduction of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP, Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), and Investigative Audit at 09.45 - 10.15 WIB. After completing the whole series of presentations the presenters continued with question and answer session. Before the closing session, the participants conducted an ice breaking session by conducting a quiz made by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). For those giving questions in the question and answer session and the winners in the ice breaking session, they received merchandise that had been prepared by the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). Male participants perform Friday prayers at the mosque of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) building, for the women lunch has been provided by the committee in the Gandhi Auditorium. Furthermore, after Friday prayers , the male participants took turns eating si ang. Then followed by a group photo session and continued with the journey home at 13.00 – 14.00 WIB.
