UIN Tax Center Manager Working Meeting Syarif Hidayatullah - 2021/2022
On Saturday, February 12, 2022, the Tax Center of UIN Jakarta held a Work Meeting with the theme "Optimizing Synergy in Organizational Management in Real Work Plans to Become the Leader in Taxation". This working meeting aims to compile and discuss work programs that will be carried out for the next 1 period which consists of 4 divisions, namely Events, Research and Development (R&D), Media Information and Publication (MIP), and External Affairs.
This working meeting starts at 09.00 until 14.10 offline at the theater 2 FEB UIN Jakarta and online through Zoom Meeting. The meeting began with the opening of the MC, then continued with the reading of the Kalam Illahi, singing the National Anthem of Indonesia Raya, as well as the welcome and handover of office from Riayatu Asihah as Head of Tax Center UIN Jakarta Period 2020/2021 to Farhan Firmansyah as Head of Tax Center UIN Jakarta Period 2021/2022. Then, followed by a speech from Farhan Firmansyah and ended with a speech from the Chairman of the 2022 Working Meeting, Jasmin Darussalam, AD ART Reading by BPH which discusses the mission vision and rules and regulations to be complied with as a member of Tax Center UIN Jakarta based on joint decision .
The work program presentation starts from the event division where the program consists of Public Speaking Studies, Ngabuburidhan, Taxjil Ramadhan, Tax to School, Tax Week, CV and LinkedIn Making Training, and Tax Center Gathering. Then continued with the Research and Development (R&D) Division which explained the Poetry Work Program (About Taxes), the Tax Study Club which is a concept of learning tax subjects with mentors and prepared materials, the Tax Team who was prepared to take part in the university-level tax competition, Study Tax which is a training and discussion on taxes for Tax Center management and the public, Tax Week which is an activity to commemorate tax day by holding a competition that must be followed by the Tax Center division, TaxTok which aims to provide tax information through the Tiktok/Youtube/Instagram platform , and the last Tax Podcast which provides tax information through the spotify/youtube/Instagram platform.
Third, the presentation of the work program of the Media Information and Publication (MIP) Division, including Get to know us (the management structure of the Tax Center for the period 2021/2022), PHBI/PHBN, Poems (About Taxes), What's IN Tax (Intax), Quiz Tax (Qutax), Podcasts, Graphic Design Training, Birthday Reminder, TaxTok, and Tax Book Recommendations (RBP). Fourth, namely the Exposure of the External Affairs Division Work Program which consists of Circle Connection, Internal Tax Volunteers, Get to Know Tax Consultants, Comparative Studies, Tax Center with Graduate, Brevet, and Goes to DGT/Ministry of Finance. And finally, the presentation of the Work Program from the Daily Management Board (BPH) which includes Open Recruitment, Webinars Talking About Taxes (BIJAK), Work Meetings, Bonding Management, PDH and KTA, Monthly Management Evaluation Reports, Division Monthly Reports, Correspondence, Database Alumni, TAXTIVAL 2022, and Accountability Report (LPJ).
