Research Dissemination Session 1
Friday, November 18 Education Laboratory staff held a Research Dissemination. This activity is an effort to disseminate the research results of the lecturers so that they can be known by the public. The implementation of the Research Dissemination activity was supported by the DPP of the Indonesian Lecturer Association (ADI) and the DPP research division of the Islamic Economics Lecturer Association (ADESY). This activity was held in a hybrid manner, namely presenters and discussants and several participants in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of FEB and other participants took part via zoom.
This activity was opened in advance by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nur Rianto Al Arif, M.Sc in his capacity as Deputy Dean at FEB, Secretary General of DPP ADI, and Chair in charge of DPP ADESY research. In his remarks, he said that the initial idea of this research dissemination activity was as an effort to test the public on research conducted by lecturers, both in the form of results from dissertations and those that had been published in journal articles. In addition, this activity is to showcase new young economists at the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah. This activity collaborated with the DPP of the Indonesian Lecturer Association and the Association of Islamic Economics Lecturers as an effort to expand dissemination. In the future, it is hoped that the dissemination of the results of this research will not only be presented by lecturers at the internal FEB of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta but will also listen to presentations from lecturers outside UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
The first speaker in the research dissemination session was Zuhairan Yunmi Yunan, Ph.D. He is a lecturer at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta's Faculty of Economics and Business who has completed his doctoral studies at the University of Canberra, Australia. On this occasion, he presented his dissertation material on the economic impact of corruption at the sub-national level. While the discussants on the first material are Dr. Arief Fitrijanto, M.Si (Lecturer at FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta).
Meanwhile, the second speaker in this research dissemination session was Rahmawati, Ph.D. He is a lecturer at FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta who is also Deputy Treasurer of the Indonesian Lecturer Association DPP Period 2022-2027. He completed his further doctoral studies at IIUM, Malaysia. On this occasion, he explained about financial reporting practices at BMT. The discussant on the second material is Zaenal Muttaqin, MPP (Lecturer at FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta).
