Comparative Study of Tax Center FEB UIN Jakarta to Tax Center UIN Bandung
Bandung, May 20 2023. The Tax Center of the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta (UIN Jakarta) conducted a comparative study visit to the Tax Center of the Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University Bandung (UIN Bandung). The UIN Jakarta Tax Center Comparative Study Visit was led by the Head of the Jakarta UIN Tax Center Jasmin Darussalam, accompanied by the Head of the Accounting Study Program Fitri Damayanti, SE., M.Sc. and Accounting Lecturer Hepi Prayudiawan, SE., MM., Ak., CA.
Welcoming and Comparative Study Events in the UIN Bandung FISIP Meeting Room: Head of Jakarta UIN Tax Center Jasmin Darussalam, Head of Public Administration Study Program at UIN Bandung Khaerul Umam, S.IP, M.Ag, Head of Tax Center Fitri Pebriani Wahyu, S.IP, M. AP, Head of Accounting Study Program UIN Jakarta Fitri Damayanti, SE., M.Sc
UIN Bandung Tax Center Supervisor. Khaerul Umam, S.IP, M.Ag. on this occasion explained the brief history of the Tax Center and why the Tax Center is under the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) and not under the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI). He explained that there are study programs that have a scientific relationship with Tax, namely the concentration of finance in public administration study programs. The Tax Center also serves the tax needs of the entire academic community of UIN Bandung.
Head of the UIN Bandung Tax Center Fitri Pebriani Wahyu, S.IP., M.AP also welcomed the UIN Jakarta Tax Center delegation. He said that the UIN Jakarta Tax Center Visit was the first visit to the UIN Bandung TAx Center. The Head of the Accounting Study Program at UIN Jakarta Fitri Damayanti, SE., M.Si, on this occasion conveyed the purpose of the comparative study to gain knowledge and experience from each Tax Center. He was grateful for the warm welcome from the UIN Bandung Tax Center for this comparative study visit.
In the presentation session on the description of the UIN Bandung Tax Center by the Tax Center administrators, the history and progress that had been carried out by the UIN Bandung Tax Center were explained. Even though the UIN Bandung Tax Center is only three years old, it has produced quite a number of achievements, including winning 1st place in National Taxtival at Majalengka University. This achievement certainly attracted the attention of the UIN Jakarta Tax Center to gain experience in winning the National Taxtival.
On the other hand, the UIN Bandung Tax Center management was interested in the tax education activities of the Jakarta UIN Tax Center, especially through social media. This Sharing Session activity ended with the hope that it can be followed up with concrete cooperation between the two Tax Centers in various fields.
The Comparative Study activity ended with the exchange of Tax Center Charter UIN Jakarta - Tax Center UIN Bandung, Head of Public Administration Study Program UIN Bandung - Head of Accounting Study Program UIN Jakarta Fitri Damayanti SE., M.Sc.
