Tafakur 2021: Kepemimpinan Transformatif di Era Digital 5.0 dalam Menuju Visi Indonesia Tahun 2045
In order to prepare the younger generation towards the vision of Indonesia in 2045, the Faculty of Economics and Business UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta organized a student activity coaching activity called Tafakur 2021. This activity is intended for new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in 2021. This Tafakur activity in 2021 raised the theme of "Transformative Leadership in the Digital Era 5.0. Towards Indonesia's Vision of 2045". This activity presented two resource persons, namely Major General TNI Rudianto (Pangdam IV Diponegoro) and Cak Nanto (President Commissioner of PT Istaka Karya (Persero) / General Chairperson of Muhammadiyah Youth). This activity began with a speech by the Head of DEMA, Faculty of Economics and Business, Arifuddin Noor Zaky. This activity was opened by Prof. Dr. Amilin, SE, Ak, M.Si as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business. In his remarks, the Dean said that the President of the Republic of Indonesia had prepared a Vision of Indonesia 2045. In the Vision of Indonesia 2045, it is hoped that on 100 years of its independence, Indonesia will be able to become a developed country and enter the world's top five economic powers with superior human qualities, mastery of science and technology. In order to achieve the Vision of Indonesia 2045, of course we must have started to prepare cadres of national leaders to carry on the baton of the nation's leadership in the future. In his key presentation, the Chancellor of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Amany Lubis, MA, who was represented by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Dr. Arief Subhan welcomes all new students in 2021. Students are future leaders of the nation who are expected to increase the dignity of Indonesia in 2045. There are two things that must be achieved by students, namely academic matters according to the chosen field of science. Then the second thing is related to non-academic matters, such as participating in student activities, both organizations and those related to passion. These two things will become the basic foundation in preparing a cadre of national leaders towards a Golden Indonesia in 2045. Entering the main event, the first resource person was Major General TNI Rudianto who currently serves as the Diponegoro Regional Military Commander IV. Major General TNI Rudianto graduated from the Military Academy in 1989. In his presentation, Major General TNI Rudianto said that transformative leadership is a leader who can change situations, change what is usually done, speak of lofty goals to achieve a predetermined organizational goal. Transformative leadership is essential to achieving Indonesia's 2045 Vision. Indonesia's 2045 Vision is built on 4 development pillars, namely: (1) Human resource development and mastery of science and technology; (2) Sustainable economic development; (3) Equitable development; (4) National security and governance. There are nine abilities that must be possessed by a person in the digital era to reach Golden Indonesia 2045, namely: (a) Strong mentality and character; (b) A religious person who has high moral standards; (c) a strong spirit of nationalism; (d) Good management ability; (e) Logical, critical, and analytical thinking; (f) Visionary and full of creativity; (g) Good communication techniques; (h) Able to solve various problems; (i) Mastering science and technology. After session 1, the presentation was continued by the second resource person, namely Sunanto, SHI, MH (President Commissioner of PT. Istaka Karya (Persero)). Cak Nanto as he is usually called in his daily life is also the General Chairperson of Muhammadiyah Youth. In his presentation he said that Indonesia faces difficult challenges to transform into a developed country when it is 100 years old in 2045. Therefore, it requires leadership that is clean and free from corruption and is committed to implementing integrated scientific and technological innovation-oriented development in an effort to improve Indonesian competitiveness. The prerequisite for Indonesia's progress is contextual with digital disruption, so future leadership must be tenacious and have high adaptability to change. This activity was then followed by a discussion session. In general, this activity went smoothly and hopefully it can provide enlightenment to all new students in 2021. This activity was held with the active support of the entire Executive Committee from the Student Executive Council (DEMA) of the Faculty of Economics and Business.
