Three Lecturers of the Faculty of Economics and Business Declared Competent in Risk Management Schemes at LSP Capital Markets
Risks affecting an organization can have consequences in terms of the company's performance and reputation, and can impact the environment, safety and society. Therefore, effective risk management can help organizations to perform well in an environment full of uncertainty. The ISO 31000:2018 risk management standard provides principles, framework and processes for managing risk. This standard can be used by any organization, regardless of its size, activity or sector. Implementation of ISO 31000 can help organizations to ensure the achievement of objectives, improve identification of opportunities and threats, and allocate and use resources effectively for risk management. In the context of risk management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, there are three lecturers who take part in the Risk Management certification program at the Capital Market LSP. The first is Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nur Rianto Al Arif, SE, M.Si, CRA®, CRP®, CIB®, CPF, AWP, has been declared competent with the Intermediate Risk Management Scheme (Certified Risk Associate/CRA) and the Main Risk Management Scheme (Certified Risk Professional/ CRP) on 19 June 2021. He has also been declared competent for this competency certification with the Main Investment Banking Scheme (Certified Investment Banking/CIB) on 14 August 2021. The second lecturer is Prof. Dr. Euis Amalia, S.Ag, M.Ag, CRA®, CRP®, has been declared competent with the Intermediate Risk Management Scheme (Certified Risk Associate/CRA) and Main Risk Management Scheme (Certified Risk Professional/CRP) on September 16, 2021. Finally, Murdiyah Hayati, MM, CRA® has been declared competent with the Intermediate Risk Management Scheme (Certified Risk Associate/CRA) on September 25, 2021. The certification program which was attended by the lecturers was part of an effort to improve the quality of human resources at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. It is hoped that this will motivate other fellow lecturers to continue to improve their competence.
