International Webinar WIBE - Development Economics Study Program Student Association: "IMF Cuts 2021 Global Projections"
The Development Economics Study Program Student Association (HMPS EP) for the 2021 period The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) held the WIBE International Webinar This webinar event took place on Saturday, November 27, 2021. The WIBE International Webinar activity was held with the theme “IMF Cuts Global Projections 2021”. This activity is open to the public and is carried out semi-online through Zoom Meetings as a media platform for participants, resource persons and moderators as well as several committees in an offline location, namely the New Campus of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
This WIBE International Webinar activity was carried out by the Economic Project Department of the HMPS Economics of Development and was carried out with the aim of finding out the reasons for the IMF to cut global projections in 2021 for participants to provide participants with understanding. Participants who registered for this event were 157 participants consisting of various groups with national and international coverage. At the time of the event was attended by 204 participants.
This WIBE International Webinar activity started at 09.00 WIB as well as participant registration, followed by the opening by the Master of Ceremony and the reading of divine words. After that, all participants and invited guests sang the Indonesia Raya anthem. The next series of events were remarks, namely the first remarks from the Chairperson of the WIBE International Webinar by Intan Nurindah Cahyani, the second speech by the Chairperson of the Development Economics Study Program Student Association for the 2021 period, Putri Amelia Syavarani, the third speech by the Head of the Development Economics Study Program, Dr. Muhammad Hartana Iswandi Putra, M.Si, and the last remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Prof. Dr. Amilin, SE., Ak., M.Sc., CA., QIA., BKP., CRMP, but was unable to attend and was represented by the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dr. Titi Dewi Warninda, SE., M.Sc.
Then the event started with the presentation of the first material by the first resource person, namely Dr. Hosam Alden Riyadh A. Alazeez, M.Sc., CSRS., CSRA., Ph.D as director of PT. Deensa Jaya Internasional and a lecturer at the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. After the presentation of the material, it was followed by a question and answer session from the participants guided by Muhammad Rifqi Asyraf as the moderator of today's activity. The next event is Ice Breaking which is guided by the Master Of Ceremony in today's activity. After that, it was continued with the presentation of the second material by the second resource person, namely Afaqa Hudaya, SE., ME. as an expert staff of the DPD of the Republic of Indonesia. After the presentation of the second material, it was followed by a question and answer session guided by Praditya Adiga Dirgantara. The WIBE International Webinar ended at 12.50 and closed with a prayer and closing from the Master of Ceremony.
