Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Amilin in his opening speech expressed his appreciation to the management study program which has held this webinar. The Dean of FEB also added that the topic of this webinar could be explored and researched more deeply by academics. The national webinar was hosted by Mrs. Murdiyah Hayati, MM (Head of Management Study Program) as moderator with Dr. Taridi Kasbi Ridho, SE, MBA (Permanent Lecturer FEB UIN Syarif Jakarta) and Pheni Chalid, Ph.D (Permanent Lecturer FEB UIN Jakarta). Prof. Dian Masyita, PhD, started his presentation by explaining what cryptocurrency is and how cryptocurrency was born, followed by how the development of cryptocurrency in the world, the pros and cons of cryptocurrency and ended with how we should respond to cryptocurrency as religious people and academics. The question and answer session was more interesting with the enthusiasm of the participants with very diverse, sharp and in-depth questions. The event ends at 12.30.
