Workshop on Curriculum Review for Undergraduate Sharia Banking Program
Monday, 28 November 2022 The Faculty of Economics and Business, especially the Sharia Banking study program, has held a Curriculum Review Workshop with the discussion and theme "Workshop Curriculum Review for Udergraduate Sharia Banking Program" by inviting presenters from the National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance, namely Mr. Sudarmawan Samidi, Lc. , M.Mgt and moderated by Ms. Umiyati, S.E., M.Sc as a lecturer in the Islamic Banking Study Program.
This workshop was held online and offline in the meeting room of the Faculty of Economics and Business and in a zoom meeting, this workshop was attended by guests from UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, namely Dr. Nurnasrina, S.E., M.Sc. as Chair of the Islamic Banking Study Program and Dr. Jenita, S.E., M.M. as Secretary of the Islamic Banking Study Program.
This workshop discusses the Curriculum Review of the Undergraduate Islamic Banking Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah whose policies have been analyzed by the Directorate of Sharia Ecosystem Infrastructure, the Division of HR Development for Islamic Economics, the National Committee on Islamic Economics and Finance (KNEKS) with the aim of harmonizing students in their learning in lectures so as to produce graduates or alumni who are qualified, superior and competitive in the future, with this curriculum review it is hoped that students or graduates of Islamic banking will not only meet industry needs but can color the industry with experience and student thoughts that are relevant to the times.
