Workshop of Development Economics Study Program with Gumilang Ph.D, Economics lecturer at Gadjah Mada University
On Thursday, June 23, 2022, a development economics workshop was held with the theme of the latest economic reset to quality research. This event took place in a Hybrid manner. The presenter was Gumilang Aryo Sahadewo., S.E., M.A., Ph.D. Lecturer of the Development Economics Study Program, Universitas Gadjah Mada . This event was moderated by Najwa Khairina S.E., M.A and guided by the MC, namely Shelby Devianty Widodo S.E., M.Sc, lecturers of the Economics Development study program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This event was not only attended by students but was also attended by lecturers from FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.                   The event started with an opening speech by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, namely Dr. Titi Dewi Warnida, M.Sc. then continued with the presentation of material by the resource person Gumilang, Ph.D with the main material namely Applied Microeconomic Research Topics. In this case, Mr. Gumilang explained the material that was packaged in a way that was easy to understand for both students and lecturers who participated in this event.           Even though this event was held in a hybrid manner, the enthusiasm of the lecturers and students to learn together was still high, this was evidenced by the intense discussions that took place. The expected output from the holding of this workshop is that the academic community, both lecturers and students, are equally capable of producing quality research. This event lasted for approximately 3 hours starting at 09.00 to 12.00 and was attended by nearly 60 participants both offline and online. This workshop received quite positive feedback and cooperation from lecturers and students so that this event could run well and as it should. It is hoped that in the future events like this can be held more regularly so that both lecturers and students alike get a new Inside to be able to conduct quality research.
