As part of a series of student mobility activities in Vietnam, UIN Jakarta FEB students studied monetary and fiscal economics in Ho Chi Minh City.
On Friday, November 21, 2025, a Macroeconomics learning session took place at the University of Economics and Finance (UEF) with 12 UEF students and 24 students from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta participating.
The session began with an opening remarks by UEF lecturers Dr. Nguyen Duy Quay, Head of Digital Economics, and Dr. Pham Quoc Hai, Head of International Economics. The lecture continued with the presentation of the topic: Macroeconomic Dynamics in the Digital Age: From Crypto Assets to Public Policy, Monetary Policy, and Fiscal Policy.
Throughout the session, participants actively participated in the discussion and Q&A session, which addressed current economic issues such as inflation movements, exchange rate conditions, and the impact of global developments on the domestic economy.
Following the completion of the learning series, Friday prayers were held at the Ho Chi Minh City Muslim Mosque. (AH)
