Work Program
The long-term development framework of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is structured into 3 (three) destinations which are the milestones of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, namely:.
2025–2029 | Capacity strengthening for world-class governance of the faculty of Economics and Business
Strategically, this period is divided into three development phases, each with a focus on policy interventions and mutually sustainable performance achievements. The first phase, which took place during the first two years of implementation (2025–2026), focused on efforts to organize and strengthen the foundations of faculty governance through the formulation and refinement of strategic policies oriented to the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. This effort included the process of standardizing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all academic and administrative processes, resulting in a more integrated, responsive work system based on best practices in modern higher education management..
2030–2034 | Expanding Global partnership and engagement of the faculty of Economics and Business
The primary focus during this period is system integration, strengthening global collaboration, and enhancing the university's international academic reputation through the development of an ecosystem of education, research, and community service that is increasingly connected to the global academic and industrial communities. This development strategy is designed to ensure that the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) is able to adapt to the dynamics of globalization in higher education while enhancing the institution's competitiveness in an increasingly competitive international academic environment.
2035–2039 | Regionally recognized Faculty of Economics and Business
At this stage, the development strategy is directed at strengthening and expanding the international networks that have been established previously. The faculty is systematically developing various forms of academic partnerships with universities, research institutions, international organizations, and global industries. These collaborations include the development of joint academic programs, international collaborative research, faculty and student exchanges, and the development of a global practice-based curriculum. Through these various collaboration schemes, the Faculty of Economics and Business strives to strengthen integration within the international academic community while increasing global exposure for students and faculty.
