Comparative Study: Entrepreneur Learning Center, Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Jakarta, and UNJ Entrepreneur Club
Ciputat, May 30, 2026 – The Entrepreneur Learning Center (ELC) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, successfully held the 2026 Comparative Study event with the UNJ Entrepreneur Club (UEC) under the theme "ELEVATE: ELC Leaders Exchange for Value & Advanced Team Excellence." Themed "Insight Exchange for Organizational Excellence," the event provided a platform for both organizations to exchange experiences, insights, and best practices in student organization management. The event was held offline at the Graduate Theater of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Campus 1, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and was attended by administrators, members, and delegates from both organizations.

The event began at 9:10 a.m. Western Indonesian Time and was moderated by Nadila Puji Lestari and Steven Anthony, Master of Ceremonies (MC). The event began with a reading of the rules of procedure, "The Divine Word" by Nabila Devina, and the singing of Indonesia Raya, led by Lintang Ar Rizkia. Participants then listened to remarks from Assya Syara, Chair of the Comparative Study Committee of the ELC, Calista Aurora Putri, Chair of the Comparative Study Committee of the UEC, Nabilah Febrianty, Chair of the ELC, and Ahmad Haykal Madjid, Chair of the UEC.
In their remarks, the organizational leaders expressed their hope that the Comparative Study would not only serve as a forum for strengthening relationships but also serve as a platform to strengthen leadership capacity, improve organizational governance, and open opportunities for broader collaboration between the ELC and UEC in the future.
Entering the main session, the Entrepreneur Learning Center (ELC) presented its organizational profile, management system, flagship work programs, organizational culture, and current member development strategies. This presentation was followed by an active and interactive question and answer session. Following this, the UNJ Entrepreneur Club (UEC) also presented material on the organizational structure, work programs, organizational management systems, and various innovations developed to support student entrepreneurial activities at Jakarta State University.
One of the main agenda items of this activity was a Sharing Session by Division and Officer, which brought together each division of the two organizations based on their respective areas of work. During this session, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on work mechanisms, work program management, human resource development strategies, internal coordination patterns, and various challenges faced in running the organizations. Through these discussions, participants gained new insights that they could adapt and apply to improve the effectiveness of their respective organizations. (ah)
Following the break, the activity continued with a games session aimed at strengthening relationships between members of the two organizations. The enthusiastic and collaborative atmosphere was evident throughout the event, reflecting the spirit of collaboration that is the primary objective of this Comparative Study. Participants were also given the opportunity to share their impressions, messages, and evaluations of the activity.
As a symbol of appreciation and respect for the strong relationship between the two organizations, a symbolic plaque presentation was held at 2:30 PM WIB by representatives of the ELC and UEC. This moment served as a demonstration of the two organizations' commitment to continued positive communication and collaboration in the future.
After the main event concluded with a prayer, the UEC delegation participated in a Campus Tour led by a tour guide from the ELC. Participants were taken to various facilities and key areas within the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta to gain a closer understanding of the academic atmosphere and student activities. The event concluded with a group photo session as a memento of the 2026 Comparative Study.
Through the ELEVATE: ELC Leaders Exchange for Value & Advanced Team Excellence event, the Entrepreneur Learning Center (ELC) and the UNJ Entrepreneur Club (UEC) successfully created a collaborative space that not only strengthened inter-institutional ties but also encouraged the exchange of ideas and innovation in student organization development. It is hoped that the results of this activity will serve as the starting point for broader and more sustainable collaborations in the future, creating organizations that are increasingly superior, adaptive, and positively impactful for students and the community.
The Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, also expressed his appreciation for the implementation of the 2026 Comparative Study. He stated that this activity is an excellent program.
