Jakarta, October 28, 2025. Lecturer of the Accounting Study Program, Wilda Farah, successfully obtained her Doctorate in Economics in Accounting from Trisakti University Jakarta. Her dissertation, titled “The Influence of Servant Leadership, Talent Management, and Remuneration Systems on Maturity Performance with Mediation of Organizational Deviant Behavior,” was successfully defended by Wilda Farah before the examiners at the doctoral promotion ceremony held at Trisakti University, Grogol, West Jakarta.

The Dean of FEB, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si, who also attended the promotion session, expressed his pride in Wilda Farah's achievement. “Congratulations to Ms. Wilda Farah on her doctoral degree. May this be an inspiration to other lecturers,” said Prof. Qizam.

In her speech of gratitude, Wilda Farah said that a doctoral degree is not a destination but the beginning of a journey to become a more useful person. “I would like to thank my parents who were present, my fellow lecturers at FEB UIN Jakarta, KAP AHR, and colleagues who attended this doctoral promotion session. Hopefully, this doctoral degree will make me a better and more useful person,” said Wilda, who was greeted with applause.

Fitri Damayanti, Head of the Accounting Study Program, congratulated Wilda Farah on becoming the 13th doctor in the Accounting Study Program. “Alhamdulillah, Wilda Farah has become the 13th lecturer with a doctorate degree in the Accounting Study Program. This is an extraordinary and proud moment for us lecturers and students,” said Fitri.
