South Tangerang, July 28, 2026 — The leadership and the entire community of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta extend their warmest congratulations and highest appreciation to the Secretary of the Development Economics Study Program, Dr. Rr. Tini Anggraeni, ST., M.Si, who has officially earned her doctoral degree in the Regional and Rural Development Planning (PWD) program from IPB University.
She earned her doctoral degree after successfully defending her dissertation at the Doctoral Defense held on Monday, July 27, 2026, at the Pareto Auditorium, Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM), IPB University, IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor.

During the public defense, Dr. Rr. Tini Anggraeni presented her dissertation titled:
“Region-Specific Social Safety Nets and Their Impact on Inclusive Economic Growth in West Java Province”
This research makes a highly strategic academic and practical contribution to the formulation of a social safety net framework that is adaptive to regional characteristics, with the aim of promoting inclusive, equitable, and sustainable economic growth.

Hopes and Motivation for Accelerating Faculty Qualifications
The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, along with the leadership team, expressed their pride in this outstanding academic achievement.
