Ciputat, August 11, 2026 — The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a coordination meeting with the UIN Jakarta Career Center team on Tuesday (August 11). Held at the FEB premises from 08:00 to 10:00 WIB, the meeting focused on disseminating information regarding the Tracer Study as a joint effort to improve the quality of alumni data collection.

The meeting was led and hosted by Dr. Asyari Hasan, M.Ag., C.M. (Vice Dean III for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation), alongside Jajang Syufrizal, S.A.P. and Halley Nur Lailia, S.E., M.M. Representing the UIN Jakarta Career Center were Muhammad Kholis Hamdy, S.Sos.I., M.Int.Dev (Head of the Career Center) and the center's "Season 11" internal team. This forum served as a step toward aligning objectives and strengthening collaboration between FEB and the Career Center in conducting the Tracer Study.

During the presentation session, the Career Center team shared the processed Tracer Study data for FEB graduates from the class of 2025. Out of 833 graduates, 196 participated as respondents, with the highest participation coming from the Sharia Banking (54 individuals), Management (50 individuals), and Accounting (32 individuals) study programs. The data revealed that 71 alumni secured employment within six months of graduation, with the majority working in the private sector and earning an income equivalent to the regional minimum wage (UMR).

In addition to employment data, the presentation highlighted that the most relevant competencies required by alumni in the workforce are the ability to learn and self-development. Conversely, IT and communication skills were identified as areas requiring further improvement. For alumni, the most memorable learning methods at FEB were discussions, sessions on religious moderation, and practical work (practicums).

During the meeting, the Career Center provided several technical directives, including encouraging FEB administrators to actively invite graduates from batches 135–138 to complete the second Tracer Study, and enlisting the help of FEB Community Service (KKN) students to boost participation in the third Tracer Study, which remains low. A "prospect blasting" strategy was also recommended to maximize data completion rates.

An agreement was reached regarding the division of focus between the two parties: the Career Center will focus on the first Tracer Study, while FEB KKN students will be responsible for driving participation in the third Tracer Study, with guidance from the Career Center. FEB also proposed setting up a dedicated contact number for information and outreach (blasting) related to the Tracer Study.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from Dr. Asyari Hasan, M.Ag., C.M., to the entire UIN Jakarta Career Center team. Both parties agreed to maintain intensive communication and coordination to ensure the success of the FEB Tracer Study and to deliver tangible benefits for future academic quality improvement and alumni competitiveness.
