Jakarta, September 1, 2025 The Head of Administration of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Imam Thobroni, held a coordination meeting with educational staff to ensure the readiness of online lectures in the first week in accordance with the Rector's Circular Letter No. 19/2025 concerning Adjustments to the Implementation of Lectures and Official Duties. The meeting, which was held in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the FEB Building on Jalan Ibnu Sina, was attended by the Vice Dean for General Administration, Dr. Erika Amelia, and educational staff from academic services, financial services, general services (facilities and infrastructure), and library services.
Imam emphasized the importance of this meeting to ensure that services for students and lecturers run smoothly. “This morning's meeting is very important for us to ensure that all services, including financial, academic, facilities and infrastructure, and library services, can be provided optimally for students and lecturers,” said Imam. In line with Imam, the Vice Dean for General Administration, Erika Amelia, expressed her readiness to welcome the start of lectures. “Although we are conducting the initial lectures online due to the current situation in Indonesia, lecture services for students and lecturers must continue to run optimally so that lectures can run smoothly as expected,” said Erika. The meeting also discussed the lecture schedule and the readiness of facilities and infrastructure for online lectures. Nenden, a librarian at FEB, expressed her readiness to welcome students for the 2025/2026 academic year. “We at the library are ready to welcome and facilitate students for book borrowing services, data reference searches through the ‘refinitive’ database, or simply reading books at the library,” said Nenden.
The meeting ended with a friendly gathering and lunch together. (AC)
