FEB Online, In the month of Ramadhan 1445 H, Civitas Academica of FEB UIN Jakarta held a group breaking the fast event which was attended by leaders, lecturers, staff and students, Tuesday (19/3/2024). This activity was attended very enthusiastically and enthusiastically by the academic community and students.
This event invited a speaker, namely Ustadzah Lulung Mumtaza, and was guided by MC from students. The theme for breaking the fast this time is "Ramadan Kareem: Achieve Rahmat, Seize Maghfirah, for self-reflection to become a moderate and tough person"
Starting the event was a welcome from the deputy dean for student affairs, alumni and cooperation, namely Dr. Asyari Hasan, M.Ag. In his speech he expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm of the members in participating to make the activity a success. "This activity of breaking the fast together in the month of Ramadhan 1445 H is expected to be able to build closeness and good relations with the FEB UIN Jakarta extended family," said Asyari.
Then the event continued with sermons from Ustadzah Lulung Mumtaza who invited Muslims to spread kindness, especially in the month of Ramadan. Apart from that, Mumtaza also emphasized that the recommendation for Muslims to do good has been written in the Al-Qur'an Surah Az Zumar.
Because in fact, continued Lulung Mumtaza, Allah does not waste even the smallest good deed. "So we as Muslims, as servants of Allah who really love His Messenger, in this day and age we have to spread lots of goodness, don't make it unsettling. Why? Because whatever goodness will definitely be rewarded, earlier in Surah Al Zalzalah," he said. .
Before the end of the event, FEB students who were members of the Community of Syiar Islam (CSI) provided financial assistance to implementing staff, especially those within the FEB UIN Jakarta environment. Then the event closed with prayer.
