Exploring Sustainable Business Strategies, LSO ELC FEB UIN Jakarta Successfully Holds 3rd ELC Learning Class Meeting
Ciputat, May 23, 2026 – The Semi-Autonomous Institution (LSO) Entrepreneur Learning Center (ELC) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta successfully held its third regular ELC Learning Class meeting. With the theme "Strategic Thinking for Sustainable Business," the event was held offline at the Datar Theater in the New FEB Building of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and was attended by the ELC board of directors for the 2025/2026 period.

At this meeting, ELC presented Toti Pradana as the keynote speaker. He is a familiar figure to the organization, a retired ELC member from the Class of 2023 who returned to share his strategic knowledge and experience with the active board. Toti Pradana's presentation focused on "Introduction to and Preparation of Business Plan Proposals (Part 2)."
The session covered in-depth discussion, starting with the presentation of neat and accurate financial reports for a business. Furthermore, the speaker presented sustainability opportunity analysis, such as how to determine sales targets, risk mitigation analysis to minimize potential obstacles, projected business development timelines, and measuring the impact of the resulting business.
Given the material presented was closely related to financial technicalities and business projections, some members of the management team were initially confused due to their inexperience with financial reporting. However, thanks to their keen curiosity and active participation in asking questions about any unclear points, the event was highly interactive and dynamic. As a concrete implementation of the material presented, the event committee assigned each group to begin developing a second part of a business proposal based on their business ideas.
The series of activities, hosted by Mohammad Khidfirul Aziz and Salwa Alya Sya'bani as Master of Ceremonies (MC), began at 9:30 a.m. Western Indonesian Time. Toward the end of the event, a symbolic certificate of appreciation was presented to Toti Pradana by Muhammad Khoiru Rasyid F., Deputy Chairperson of the LSO ELC, and the entire event officially concluded with a group photo session.
The Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, also expressed his appreciation for the event. He stated that the ELC Learning Class was an excellent program, providing education and practical insights to members of the Entrepreneur Learning Center (ELC), particularly in understanding business strategy and developing sustainable business plans. He also assessed that the event ran smoothly, orderly, and interactively, providing a platform for developing students' entrepreneurial capacity. (ah)
