Jakarta, July 12, 2026 – More exciting news has arrived from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Four FEB students performed brilliantly, winning seven medals at the 4th SeIBa International Festival 2026, held at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, West Sumatra, from July 7–12, 2026.

This achievement confirms that FEB students at UIN Jakarta possess undeniable competitiveness on the international stage, particularly in the fields of art and creativity.

Aldo Salim Afif opened the series of achievements by winning a Gold Medal in the Poster Design Competition. Faisal Munawar was the top medalist, taking home three medals: a Gold Medal in the Pop Solo category, and two Silver Medals in the Traditional Dance and Nasyid categories. Equally impressive was Egidia Indah Lestari's contribution, winning two silver medals, one each in Traditional Dance and Nasyid. Meanwhile, Dinda Nur Oktavia completed the series of achievements by winning a silver medal in Poetry.

The contributions of these four students were crucial to the overall success of the UIN Jakarta contingent, which brought home 10 medals, consisting of five gold medals and five silver medals, from various competitions.

The Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Asyari Hasan, who accompanied the students during the competition, expressed his pride in their achievements. "Alhamdulillah (Praise be to God), we are very proud of the extraordinary achievements made by the FEB students in this event. This is the result of hard work, practice, and collective prayer. We will continue to support and mentor FEB students so they can achieve even greater successes in the future," said Asyari.

The achievements of Aldo, Faisal, Egidia, and Dinda are expected to inspire the entire FEB UIN Jakarta academic community to continue honing their potential, increasing their competitiveness, and bringing honor to their alma mater in various competitions, both nationally and internationally.
