FEB Holds Coordination Meeting for Educational Staff: Focus on Evaluating Work-from-Home Performance and Preparing for Accreditation
Jakarta, April 13, 2026 – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Coordination Meeting with its administrative staff. This strategic meeting took place in the 2nd-floor meeting room of the FEB Building on Jalan Ibnu Sina, with the aim of aligning operational performance and preparing for the faculty’s key future initiatives.
The coordination meeting was led directly by the Vice Dean for Administration and General Affairs, Dr. Erika Amelia, M.Si. Also present at the meeting were the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Sofyan Rizal, M.Si., the Head of the Administrative Office, Iin Marlina, MM., as well as educational staff members within the FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
The presence of the leadership and all members of the academic staff demonstrates the faculty’s commitment to maintaining synergy, transparency, and service quality. This meeting focused on three main agenda items, namely:
- Evaluation of the Work From Home (WFH) Implementation: Leadership and the educational staff reviewed the effectiveness and productivity of the work-from-home system in accordance with the Rector’s Circular Letter No. 10 of 2026. This evaluation was conducted to ensure that administrative and academic service standards for students remain optimal, as well as to formulate solutions for various technical challenges on the ground.
- Institutional Accreditation Preparation: Given the critical importance of accreditation status for the faculty’s progress, the meeting thoroughly discussed the readiness of supporting documents, integrated data collection, and administrative completeness for three study programs: Accounting, Management, and Development Economics. All academic staff were instructed to fully collaborate in preparing accreditation materials to achieve the best possible results.
- Preparations for the Halal Bihalal Event: The meeting also discussed technical planning for the Halal Bihalal event for the FEB UIN Jakarta community, scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, 2026. This event is designed as an opportunity to strengthen bonds of friendship, unity, and solidarity among staff following the holy month of Ramadan.
In her remarks, Dr. Erika Amelia, M.Si., emphasized the importance of solid teamwork and rapid adaptation by all educational staff, both in addressing the challenges of modern work systems and in successfully implementing the faculty’s major programs, such as accreditation.
The meeting proceeded interactively and concluded with a mutual agreement to continue improving work ethic. Through continuous coordination, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is optimistic that it can continue to provide excellent educational contributions and services.
