Jakarta, January 27, 2026. The Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a preparatory meeting for the 14th ASEAN Universities International Conference on Islamic Finance (AICIF). The meeting was chaired by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si, and attended by the preparatory committee members, including Sofyan Rizal, Rahmawati, Ali Rama, Umiyati, Ady Cahyadi, and all students participating in the In Campus Community Service Program (KKN). The meeting was held in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the FEB Building on Jalan Ibnu Sina.
In his remarks, the Dean of FEB emphasized the importance of ensuring the success of the 14th AICIF. “The AICIF event that we will hold in October 2026 must be prepared thoroughly and successfully. All lecturers and committee members are expected to contribute maximally to FEB's capacity as the host of the 14th AICIF,” said Prof. Qizam to the meeting participants.
As is known, the previous AICIF event was held at UNIDA Gontor Ponorogo at the end of 2025. For 2026, FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta will act as the host for the event involving universities in ASEAN. (AC)
