FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Welcomes Educational Visit by 126 Students from SMAN 4 Cilegon
Jakarta, February 12, 2026. The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta received an educational visit from SMAN 4 Cilegon on Thursday (12/2). Located in the FEB Hall, the group consisting of 126 students and accompanying teachers aimed to deepen their understanding of higher education in the field of Islamic economics and business.
The SMAN 4 Cilegon group was led by Mr. Krisbandi and his team of accompanying teachers. They were warmly welcomed by the faculty leadership, led by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of FEB UIN Jakarta, Dr. Sofyan Rizal, M.Si.
In his speech, Dr. Sofyan Rizal expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm of the students of SMAN 4 Cilegon. He emphasized the importance of choosing an institution that is not only academically excellent but also has integrity in its values.
“We hope this visit will serve as a bridge for students to become more familiar with the academic environment at FEB UIN Jakarta, which combines modern economic science with Islamic values,” said Dr. Sofyan.
Presentation of Study Programs and Admission Pathways
The main event consisted of an in-depth presentation on the five study programs offered by the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Jakarta, namely:
1. Accounting
2. Management
3. Development Economics
4. Islamic Banking
5. Islamic Economics
This presentation was delivered collaboratively by FEB academics, including the Head of the Development Economics Program, Dr. Arief Fitrijanto, accompanied by Dr. Ade Ananto and Dr. Ady Cahyadi. In addition to an introduction to the curriculum and facilities, the students also received comprehensive information about the various official admission paths to UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, ranging from the achievement path (SNBP/SPAN-PTKIN) to the independent examination path.
Mr. Krisbandi, as the leader of the SMAN 4 Cilegon group, stated that this visit was part of the school's efforts to provide a real picture of the world of higher education to 12th grade students.
The activity ended with an interactive question and answer session between the students and the speakers, followed by an exchange of plaques as a symbol of cooperation between the two educational institutions. (AC)
