South Tangerang, May 27, 2026 – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta officially marked a new chapter in the landscape of graduate education by hosting the Kick-Off Event for the Admission of New Students to the Master of Management (MM) Program. The ceremonial launch took place on Tuesday (May 27) in the lobby of the FEB Building on Jalan Ibnu Sina.
The kick-off ceremony was led by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Tholabi Kharlie, S.Ag., S.H., M.H., M.A., accompanied by the Dean of FEB, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si., the Vice Deans, the Head of the Administrative Office (Kabag TU), and witnessed by all lecturers and the academic community within FEB.

In his remarks, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Tholabi extended his heartfelt congratulations on the issuance of the operational permit for the Master’s Program in Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), UIN Jakarta. He emphasized that this achievement represents a significant responsibility that must be carried out with the utmost commitment.
“We congratulate the Master of Management Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Jakarta, on the issuance of its operational permit. Moving forward, good governance will be a crucial factor in managing this program. By highlighting the distinction of Islamic business management based on Sharia, we are optimistic that the Master of Management Program will have strong appeal for the public when choosing a master’s degree in management,” said Prof. Tholabi.

In line with the Vice Rector, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si., expressed his deep gratitude for this historic milestone. He conveyed his highest appreciation and thanks to the entire team and stakeholders who have dedicated themselves to assisting with the entire administrative process until the operational permit for the MM program could be issued.
Furthermore, Prof. Ibnu Qizam stated that the challenges ahead lie in the realm of operational and managerial implementation. Therefore, he has high hopes for the leadership at the program level to propel the FEB MM program into becoming an excellent and competitive program.

"We are eagerly awaiting innovative and strategic breakthroughs in the management of the MM program from Ms. Murdiyah Hayati, M.M., as Head of the Study Program (Kaprodi), and Mr. Ade Ananto, M.M., as Secretary of the Study Program (Sekprodi) for the MM program at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB). We are confident that the synergy of this new leadership team will be able to translate the vision of Islamic distinction into tangible academic excellence," stated Prof. Ibnu Qizam.
The launch of the MM program was held in conjunction with a series of other strategic faculty events. The event was integrated with the celebration of the Excellent Accreditation achieved by the Islamic Banking Study Program for the Bachelor’s (S1) and Doctoral (S3) levels, as well as the launch of the FEB Green Campus program.
The series of events, which took place solemnly and in a spirit of togetherness, concluded with a group photo session featuring the entire leadership and faculty, followed by a reception. (AC)
