Increasing Student Satisfaction Index, FEB Improves Toilets and Prayer Rooms 

Jakarta, 20 November 2025. FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta continues to improve services to the academic community, especially for students. Head of the Administration Section of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Imam Thobroni expressed his commitment to providing the best service to lecturers and students. “According to the Dean's direction, we continue to strive to improve services to students. One of them is renovating toilets and students”, said Imam.
As is known, FEB has renovated all toilets in the FEB Building, Jalan Ibnu Sina. Meisya, a 3rd semester student in the Sharia economics study program, conveyed her positive impression of the renovated toilets. “Now the FEB toilet is neater and cleaner so it is comfortable for students to use”, explained Meisya. Meisya also hopes that the women's prayer room on the 1st and 4th floors will also be expanded like the men's prayer room.
Deputy Dean for General Administration at FEB UIN Jakarta, Erika Amelia, said that repairing toilets and prayer rooms can increase the level of student satisfaction. “Students are FEB stake holders, student satisfaction with the services we provide is an important thing to achieve”, added Erika.
Apart from toilets and prayer rooms, the FEB leadership is committed to providing the best services such as improving internet wifi services, green open spaces, academic services and financial services. (AC)
