Jakarta, April 8, 2026. Good news comes from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in Jakarta. The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia has officially issued a Ministerial Decree regarding the operational permit for a new study program at the university.

Based on Ministerial Decree (SK) No. 299/B/O/2026, the government has legally granted permission to open the Master of Management (MM) program at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta in South Tangerang City. The decree was issued in Jakarta on April 2, 2026.

In response to this historic achievement, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si., expressed his appreciation and gratitude. He emphasized that this success is the result of the hard work and collaboration of many parties.

“We extend our deepest gratitude to all parties who have contributed their time and expertise, enabling the official issuance of the operational permit for the Master of Management program. This is a significant milestone and a major step forward for the Faculty of Economics and Business,” stated Prof. Ibnu Qizam.

With the official permit issued by the Ministry of Religious Affairs now secured, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta does not intend to delay its plans. Prof. Ibnu Qizam affirmed the faculty’s readiness to immediately commence academic activities.

“Moving forward, the Faculty of Economics and Business at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is ready to immediately launch the Master of Management Program this year. We are committed to producing outstanding, professional master’s graduates with integrity grounded in Islamic values,” he concluded.

Registration for the first cohort of the Master of Management Program at FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is confirmed to open soon.
