Jakarta, October 8, 2025 The Educational Laboratory Unit (PLP) of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held an entrepreneurship workshop for students. This time, the theme was the development of creativity and innovation in increasing competitiveness.

The event, held in the theater room on the 5th floor of the FEB Building on Jalan Ibnu Sina, featured Hijasmita owner Asmita, who was guided by moderator Endah Meiria, a lecturer in the Sharia Banking study program at FEB UIN Jakarta. During the event, Asmita conveyed that creativity and innovation are the keys to increasing competitiveness. “We must have creativity and innovation to grow and go global so that we can bring pride to Indonesia through our works,” said Asmita, which was greeted with applause from the students.

This event is part of a workshop series organized by PLP. “This entrepreneurship workshop is part of a series continuing the program we have planned for PLP; there will be more workshops that PLP will organize in the future,” said Ay Maryani, the new Head of PLP FEB, who recently replaced Cut Erika.
