Bangkok, Thailand, May 31 - June 4, 2023 – Prilla Kurnia Ningsih together with lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UIN Jakarta conducted a collaborative activity that brought together academics and the international community in order to strengthen relations between Indonesia and Thailand. This activity took place from May 31 to June 4, 2023 at the Faculty of Islamic Science, Prince of Songkla University, Thailand.

This activity focused on discussions about course programs and the potential for student exchanges between Thailand and Indonesia. In addition, the meeting aimed to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the field of education, especially in the context of developing science and integrating Islamic culture.

On that occasion, Mrs. Prilla Kurnia Ningsih was also the main speaker at the International Community Development and Collaboration Program event held in the Muslim community of Pattaya, Thailand. In this forum, Mrs. Prilla shared insights related to Islamic culture in Indonesia and Thailand, as well as the potential for closer collaboration between the two countries.

One of the main topics discussed in the discussion was the role of sharia cooperatives in strengthening the economy of Muslims in both countries, as well as the implementation of curriculum programs in Muslim schools in Thailand. Ms. Prilla also discussed directly with the Chairperson of the Thai Muslim Community about the challenges and opportunities faced by Muslim communities in both countries, as well as the importance of sharing experiences in building a more inclusive and sustainable society.

This activity received positive appreciation from Prince of Songkla University, and also helped strengthen the friendship between Indonesia and Thailand, especially in the fields of education, culture, and economy based on Islamic values.
