LSO ELC FEB UIN Jakarta Holds Sustainable Business Strategy Training to Develop Young Entrepreneurs
Jakarta, April 25, 2026. The Semi-Autonomous Entrepreneur Learning Center (LSO-ELC) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, successfully held its second ELC Learning Class with the theme "Strategic Thinking for Sustainable Business." The in-person event, held at the Tilted Theater in the New FEB Building, featured Siti Rohmah, S.Ak., a retired LSO-ELC member, as the keynote speaker. Her presence aimed to provide an in-depth perspective on the world of entrepreneurship while equipping the 2025/2026 management team with the technical skills to develop a well-thought-out business plan.

The main focus of this presentation was techniques for developing a comprehensive initial business proposal. Siti Rohmah detailed the crucial aspects of a business plan, from formulating the background, vision, and mission, to in-depth market analysis using the TAM, SAM, SOM, and AIDA methods. Furthermore, participants were taught how to conduct competitor analysis and SWOT analysis to map business strengths and challenges. Emphasis on the operational side was also crucial to ensure that each emerging business idea was not only conceptually creative but also sustainable.
This activity is expected to help LSO-ELC administrators overcome the confusion surrounding the business proposal creation process and become more proactive in developing innovative ideas. With the material presented, each individual is expected to be able to develop a solid and competitive business proposal, enabling them to compete in future Business Plan Competitions (BPC). This training is expected to provide a strong foundation for developing a generation of young entrepreneurs with strategic thinking and the ability to positively impact the campus business ecosystem.(ah)
