Jakarta, November 26, 2025. The Management Study Program together with Accounting FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a practitioner teaching activity by inviting Prof. Ir. Roy Sembel, MBA., PhD. The theme of this activity was business planning “Designing a Business Plan that is crisis-proof and ready to be funded by investors”. Prof. Roy Sembel was accompanied by entrepreneurship lecturer and owner of Kedai Bahasa Kopi, Yunia Silvia Sesunan, SE., MM.

In his presentation, Prof. Roy discussed The WISDOM to energize a business. Character, Dreams, Strategy, Education, Brain and Muscle, People, Meter, Monitor, Management. "To energize your business, you need WISDOM. Character (understanding your character), Vision, Strategy, Education, Brain and Muscle, People, Metrics (measuring performance), Monitoring, and Management. We will discuss these today," said Prof. Roy, who is also a business consultant and motivator.

In the second session, Yunia spoke about “The Key to Launching Your First Business.” On this occasion, Yunia also talked about what is most important in building a business. “To develop a business, we must know what is most important in building our business,” said Yunia.

The head of the management study program, Murdiyah Hayati, said that this practitioner teaching activity is expected to provide new insights to students about entrepreneurship. “This practitioner teaching activity aims to provide new insights to students about entrepreneurship from the experts,” said Murdiyah.

The activity was interactive with several lecturers and students from the management and accounting study programs. (AC)
