MBKM in Thailand, FEB Students Visit IICB Krirk University

Bangkok, December 2, 2025. Students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta visited the International Islamic College of Bangkok (IICB), Krirk University. The activity, conducted as part of the International Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program in Thailand, was led by Arief Fitrijanto and Arisman, lecturers in the Development Economics program, and Ade Ananto, a lecturer in the Islamic Banking program, and was attended by 14 students. The visit was received by the Dean of IICB, Prof. Dr. Jaran Maluleem and lecturers at IICB. On this occasion, Prof. Jaran conveyed the opportunity to collaborate in the form of online lectures, visiting professors, student exchanges, or collaborative research. “We are very pleased to be able to collaborate in the form of online lectures, visiting professors, student exchanges, or collaborative research between IICB and FEB UIN Jakarta,” said Prof. Jaran.

The Head of MBKM Thailand, Arief Fitrijanto, welcomed IICB's offer with enthusiasm. “Thank you for the warm welcome from IICB. Of course, we will follow up on the cooperation that we have established with academic programs between IICB and FEB UIN Jakarta,” said the Head of the Development Economics Study Program.
