Jakarta - In order to improve the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI), FEB held a coordination meeting by presenting the Head of the Remuneration Team, Prof. Dr. Sumainna, M.Si. The event was held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the 2nd floor meeting room of FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
Head of FEB Administration, Imam Thobroni said that this activity was to facilitate the position holders ranging from deans, vice deans, heads and secretaries of study programs in FEB. “We invited Prof. Inna from the University Remuneration Team in an effort to maximize the achievement of the realization of IKU FEB”, said Imam.

In line with Imam, the Head of the Remuneration Team emphasized that optimal efforts are needed to produce KPI achievements starting from the study program level to the university level. “High KPI achievements in stages will encourage KPI achievements at the university level, thus the amount of remuneration we will achieve will also be greater,” said Prof. Inna.
The coordination meeting with the Remuneration Team was attended by vice deans, heads of administrative departments, heads and secretaries of study programs in FEB UIN Syarif HIdayatullah Jakarta. (AC)
