Public Discussion on Employment, Indonesian Ombudsman Encourages Excellent Service from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

Jakarta, October 15, 2025. Indonesian Ombudsman member Herry Susanto, who attended the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Public Discussion entitled “Optimizing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Membership for Indonesia Emas 2045” at FEB UIN Jakarta, said that the Indonesian Ombudsman encourages excellent service from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

“The Indonesian Ombudsman is here to oversee the provision of excellent public services to the community. So, if students or members of the public encounter any form of maladministration, please report it to us. We will then investigate, issue summonses, and so on,” said Hery.

On this occasion, Hery also invited all parties to collaborate across sectors for optimal public services. “Let's build a foundation for cooperation and a network to optimize excellent public services for all levels of Indonesian society, as directed by President Prabowo to eliminate sectoral egos between institutions/ministries so that excellent service is no longer impossible to provide to the public,” said this member of the Indonesian Ombudsman.

The discussion was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Jakarta, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam, M.Si, and moderated by the Head of the Development Economics Study Program, Arief Fitrijanto. (AC)
