Researching Mudharabah and Murabahah Financing, Sharia Economics Students Published in Sinta 2

Jakarta, September 23, 2025 Students of the Sharia Economics study program continue to achieve academic and non-academic achievements. This time, academic achievements were made by Yudina Nurhaliza, Dwi Novita Sari, Maisyahrani, and Fuzna Bimin, who successfully published their scientific articles in the Sinta 2 Journal, Iqtishaduna Bengkalis.
The research, which analyzes whether mudharabah and murabaha financing has an impact on optimizing real sector growth in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei Darussalam, uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-associative approach. The data used came from secondary data and time series data obtained from the Islamic Banking Statistics Report of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesian Economic and Financial Statistics Report, the Kuwait Finance House Annual Report, the 2022 Malaysian Economic Report in Figures, the Annual Report of the Islamic Bank of Brunei Darussalam, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Report.

The results of Fuzna et al.'s research show that mudharabah and partial murabaha financing have no impact on real sector growth. At the same time, mudharabah and murabaha financing have a significant impact on real sector growth. This research contributes new insights to scientific development by stating that mudharabah and murabaha financing do not affect real sector growth. Practically speaking, this research proves that improvements are needed in mudharabah and murabaha financing in order for them to have an impact on real sector growth.
Fuzna, representing her colleagues, expressed her happiness that their hard work had paid off. “We always worked together to find data, write, and make revisions requested by the journal's editors. Alhamdulillah, it has now been published in Iqtishaduna,” said Fuzna.
The head of the Sharia Economics study program, Ali Rama, expressed his pride in the students' achievements. “Of course, we from the Sharia Economics study program are very proud of our students' achievements. Publishing in a journal with Sinta 2 accreditation is certainly not easy, and our students were able to publish there. That is a source of pride,” said the Aberdeen graduate.
Congratulations and success to Fuzna, Yudina, Dwi Novita, and Maisyahrani. (AC)
