Monday (12/8/2024) Faculty of Economics and Business, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta, Islamic Banking Doctoral Study Program held an open doctoral promotion exam in the Postgraduate Meeting Room, Building I, FEB, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta
On this occasion, Promovendus Haikal Djauhari presented the results of his dissertation research with Promoter Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nur Rianto Al Arif M.Si., Co-Promoter I Prof. Ir. H. M. Nadratuzzaman Hosen, MS., Mec., Ph.D., Co-Promoter II Prof. Dr. Ade Sofyan Mulazid, S.Ag., MH entitled "Mudharabah Financing Model with Incentive Compatible Smart Contract in Islamic Banking" in front of the examining team chaired by Prof. Dr. Ibnu Qizam SE., M.Sc., Ak., CA.

The doctoral promotion hearing was also attended by Examiner I Prof. Dr. Euis Amalia M.Ag., Examiner II Dr. Muniaty Aisyah S.T., M.M., and invited Expert Examiner Assoc. Prof. Sutan Emir Hidayat, Ph.D who currently holds the position of Director of Islamic Economy Supporting Ecosystem at the National Committee for Islamic Economy and Finance (KNEKS). In delivering his presentation, the doctoral candidate was able to present all of his research results comprehensively and smoothly, both in answers and objections to the internal and external examining teams so that this doctoral promotion hearing ran very solemnly and sacredly.
Furthermore, in the question and answer session by the internal and external examiners, the doctoral candidate Haikal Djauhari was able to answer the entire series of questions from the examining team clearly and straightforwardly so that the trial went smoothly and did not take too long. The Promovendus was declared to have passed with a Very Satisfactory Predicate and was entitled to a doctoral degree after presenting a dissertation entitled "Mudharabah Financing Model with Incentive Compatible Smart Contract in Islamic Banking", and is the 29th Doctor in the Islamic Banking Doctoral Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta.
