Ciputat, August 24, 2026 — The 2026 Pre-Introduction to Academic and Student Culture (Pra PBAK) series of events for the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta officially began on Monday (8/24/2026). The event was officially opened by the Vice Dean III for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Cooperation of FEB UIN Jakarta, Dr. Asyari Hasan, M.Ag., C.M.

The 2026 Pre-PBAK FEB UIN Jakarta carries the theme "Empowering Future Generations for Economic Innovation and Sustainable Impact." This theme reflects FEB UIN Jakarta's commitment to developing a generation of students who are innovative, adaptive, and capable of contributing to future economic sustainability.

In his remarks, which opened the event, Dr. Dr. Asyari Hasan welcomed the new students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Jakarta. He encouraged them to adapt to the academic and student environment and participate fully in the entire PBAK program.

Dr. Asyari Hasan also advised students to make the most of their four years of study, not only to achieve academic success but also to develop their potential through organizations and various student activities.

"Make the most of these four years. Don't let this opportunity pass you by," said Asyari.

He emphasized that a spirit of learning and self-development needs to be fostered from the beginning of their studies. This is crucial given the competitive nature of the job market and the ever-changing demands of the times, especially for students who will eventually work in the fields of economics and business.

The opening ceremony of the Pre-PBAK was also led by the Chairperson of the Pre-PBAK Committee, Hepi Prayudiawan, S.E., M.M., Ak., CA. The event was further enhanced by performances of the Ratoh Jaroe and Seiso dances by FEB UIN Jakarta students.

The performance was part of a series of activities that introduced new students to the arts and culture thriving on campus.

Through this Pre-PBAK (Pre-PBAK), new students are expected to gain a deeper understanding of the academic environment, organizations, and student life at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, as preparation for participating in the university-wide PBAK series.
