Jakarta, November 21, 2025. The Accounting Study Program held a Teaching Practitioner Forum with Public Accountant Syamsul Bahri, SE., M.Ak., Ak., CA., CPA as the resource person. The resource person is also an Accounting Alumni of UIN Jakarta class of 2005. The Teaching Practitioner Forum took the theme of Using Technology and Data Analytics in Auditing. Permanent lecturer of the Accounting Study Program Fitri Yani Jalil, SE., M.Sc. as the moderator of this forum.

The event was opened by the Head of the Accounting Study Program, Dr. Fitri Damayanti, SE, M.Si., and attended by the Secretary of the Accounting Study Program, Hepi Prayudiawan, SE., MM., Ak., CA. The forum was also attended by alumni of the Public Accounting Office, such as Khairunnisa, S.Ak., CA., Ak., Fakhira, S.Ak., and M. Rizky, S.Ak. The forum took place in the theater room on the 5th floor of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Campus 2 building. Participants in the Teaching Practitioner Forum were accounting students from the Class of 2023 and 2024, with approximately 100 students in attendance.

The resource person explained the use of data analytics and technology in the company audit process. He also provided an example of one audit stage using technology and data analysis. He also provided motivation for students pursuing careers as public accountants.(hp)
