Ciputat, March 8 2026 – The Accounting Study Program Student Association (HMPS), Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta has held a Work Meeting for the 2026/2027 Period with the theme "Realizing HMPS as a Progressive, Collaborative and Integrity Forum in Developing Student Potential".

This Working Meeting is the initial strategic forum for management which aims to unite vision, develop a systematic work program, and build joint commitment among all management. Through this activity, HMPS Accounting seeks to present relevant and innovative programs to develop students' academic and non-academic potential.

The event began with registration, opening by the Master of Ceremony, reading the Holy Qur'an, as well as singing the song Indonesia Raya and the UIN Hymn and continued with remarks given by the Chief Executive and Head of HMPS Accounting. Entering the main session, a Plenary Session was held guided by the Presidium of the Temporary Session to discuss the crucial agenda, including the agenda manual, review of trial rules, and the process of selecting and appointing the Presidium of the Permanent Session. The agenda then continued with a Commission Session chaired by the Presidium of the Permanent Session, where all administrators carried out an analysis of needs, organizational challenges, and formulated technical work programs in more depth and specificity.

After the rest and prayer session, each bureau and department presented their work program plans. The session included presentations from the Daily Management Agency (BPH), Project Bureau, Development and Human Resources Bureau (PSDM), Student Advocacy and Welfare Department (ADKESMA), Student Potential Development Department (PPM), Research and Development Department (LITBANG), Social Studies and Studies Department (SOSKASTRAT), Creative Economy Department (EKRAF), Information Media Department (MEDFO), and Public Relations Department (PR).

The activity ended with a Plenary Session led by the Presidium of the Permanent Session as the highest sovereign forum to determine all agreed discussion results. During the session, the draft work program from all bureaus and departments was officially approved to become HMPS guidelines for the next period.

Through the implementation of planned and systematic Work Meetings, it is hoped that a work program can be prepared that is focused, realistic, and has a real impact on students in the Accounting Study Program. Apart from that, this forum is a strong foundation for building synergy and commitment between HMPS Accounting administrators in order to realize organizational governance that is transparent, accountable and has integrity during the 2026/2027 period.
