Bogor, May 28, 2026 – The Development Economics Student Association of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a qurbani activity as a form of social care and an effort to strengthen the values ​​of togetherness among students and their concern for the surrounding community.

The qurbani slaughtering took place in the Bogor area at 10:00 a.m. WIB and proceeded smoothly and solemnly. This year's qurbani event resulted in the slaughter of two sheep, which were then processed for distribution to the community.

From the slaughter, the committee prepared 28 bags of qurbani meat. The distribution process began at 1:30 p.m. WIB and was carried out among the community from Parung to Sawangan, demonstrating the spirit of sharing and social care for others.

This qurbani activity demonstrates the values ​​of humanity and social service that are consistently upheld by the Development Economics student community. In addition to serving as a moment of worship, this activity also served as a means to strengthen a sense of togetherness, mutual cooperation, and social awareness among the students involved.

The Development Economics Student Association (HMPS) served as the organizing committee, assisting with the entire event, from preparation and slaughtering to distribution of the sacrificial meat to the community. It is hoped that this activity will foster a spirit of sharing and social solidarity and foster a positive culture within the Development Economics student community at UIN Jakarta. (hmps ep)
