Jakarta, January 22, 2026. The FEB UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Library recorded 11,102 visits during 2025. Library visitors included students, faculty members, educational staff, and members of the general public. With this figure, the average number of visits to the library was 925 visits per month.

Nenden, a librarian who works at the library, expressed her pride in this achievement. “Alhamdulillah, during 2025, the number of visits by students and lecturers was very good, with a total of more than 11,000 visits and an average of 925 per month,” said Nenden, who has been working at the FEB library since last year, accompanied by Imas.

Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Sofyan Rizal, appreciated the increase in visits to the library and hoped that this would increase reading interest and literacy among FEB students. “We appreciate the number of student visits to the library and hope that this figure reflects the high level of reading interest and literacy among our students,” said Sofyan. In line with Sofyan Rizal, Head of Administration Imam Thobroni said that this figure is an achievement for FEB. “This is an achievement for FEB, where now many students visit the library to read and borrow books. Alhamdulillah, we will continue to improve library services for the academic community,” added Imam.

The FEB library houses over 9,000 book copies with operating hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. (AC)
